Rob Hardman, the team leader and senior real estate consultant of The Hardman Team has been a Realtor in Northern Virginia since 1996. Rob moved many times growing up in a Navy family and following college, spent 26 years serving as a Naval and Coast Guard Aviator. Rob’s final tour was in Washington, DC. Rob and his wife, the Rev. Sue Hardman, have been married for over 30 years and have two sons and three grandsons.
Following his military career, Rob started his real estate career and has been a very successful and highly motivated agent. He and his team joined the team at Keller Williams Fairfax Gateway in 2007 in the state-of- the-art offices in Fair Lakes. Rob is keenly aware of the housing needs of military people transferring in and out of this area and has also helped many first-time home buyers to realize their dreams of home ownership. The key to Rob’s success is building trusting relationships by always putting the client’s needs first and by exceeding their expectations.
